📦 Shipping & Processing
All orders are shipped via USPS, with rates calculated automatically through their shipping calculator. Please allow 4–8 business days for order processing before shipping.

🛠️ Damaged Items
We care deeply about your experience and the condition of your items. If your order arrives damaged, please:

Include photos and a short video of the damaged item(s).
Due to the reflective nature of some products, video is required to clearly capture any issues.
We will initiate a USPS investigation on your behalf using the documentation provided.
🚚 Delayed Shipments
In some cases, USPS experiences delays due to ongoing staffing and logistical issues. If tracking shows that your item was accepted by USPS but is significantly delayed:

We’ll assist in opening a claim or investigation with USPS.
📝 Note: Because the package is in USPS possession, refunds cannot be issued until the investigation is complete and resolved.
💎 Jewel Room: Custom Jewelry Orders
All custom jewelry pieces require 8–10 business days for production before shipping. Once customized, these items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
If your custom jewelry arrives damaged:
Please take clear photos upon arrival and email them to shop@palaceoneeleven.com right away.
📏 Crystal Sizing & Pricing
Each crystal is one of a kind. Variations in size, shape, color, and clarity are natural and expected.
💸 Prices are based on quality, rarity, weight, and sourcing value. Upon restock, slight price adjustments (up to $2 USD) may occur depending on the stone’s characteristics.
✨ EVENTS & APPOINTMENTS
All event ticket sales are nonrefundable. Each experience is thoughtfully prepared in advance, including personalized gifts, refreshments, and setup. Cancellations made the day of the event will not be credited or transferred.
Appointments: Studio appointment cancellations and rescheduling can be managed directly through our booking page. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Same-day cancellations or reschedules made within hours of your appointment will forfeit the session.
