A Love LEtter to September.
Founder Notes:
Whew September!
You may have taken your time arriving, but I know by now that some things need their own pace. I felt your energy creeping in even before August ended. There’s a softness in your transition, a pause between wrapping up summer and stepping into something new. It feels lighter, maybe because this season naturally nudges us to release what we no longer need.
September is about order. It loves organization, deep cleaning, closet shifts, and clearing out the clutter that weighs us down. It’s about accountability too… the gentle but firm reminder that the things we’ve been putting off are still waiting for us. Where can we be a little more structured? Where can we make room for the good that wants to come in?
What I love most is the sweetness you carry, September. You remind us that reaching for support is its own act of care.
Summer was beautiful, bold, and full of change. In sessions, at markets, and in conversations, I heard over and over how much this season brought shifts and revelations. Collectively, I feel we’re ready to close that chapter and step into the fresh page you offer.
“The sweetness of September shows that reaching for support is its own act of care. “
Overall Energy:
This month, the overall energy is characterized by clarity and alignment. September brings that familiar back-to-school feeling, even though we’re long past classrooms. It’s an invitation to set things right, create effective systems, and prioritize our health, happiness and personal goals.
This isn’t about achieving perfection or facing pressure. It’s about creating space for flow by eliminating obstacles. Consider completing emails that have been languishing in drafts, addressing the pile in the corner you’ve been neglecting, or even having sincere conversations about relationships or patterns that no longer serve you.
September’s energy is prompting us to reflect on the following:
1. Identify any physical, mental, or emotional clutter that hinders our ability to breathe easily.
2. Determine areas in our lives where a bit more structure would genuinely feel supportive rather than restrictive.
3. Identify a daily habit or practice that can facilitate our transition into this season with greater ease.
4. Embrace and welcome any natural shifts in our lives rather than resisting them.
5. Reframe this season of transition as a reset rather than simply an ending.
6. Incorporate more softness and patience into our daily routines.
7. Take small, manageable actions this month to create space for the things we love.

Mind & Body:
This month, the focus is on simplicity. The invitation is to eliminate unnecessary complexities and focus on what truly brings us joy. Small changes like drinking more water, maintaining consistent sleep schedules, or opting for lighter, more nourishing meals can have a significant impact on our well-being
To enhance your overall well-being, consider incorporating a reset routine into your daily life:
Body Reset: Dedicate 15-20 minutes each day to physical activity that feels enjoyable, such as walking, stretching, or dancing in your living room.
Mind Reset: Begin your day by writing down the three most important thoughts on your mind. Reflect on which thoughts are worth carrying and which can be released.
Space Reset: Each week, take the time to declutter one drawer, shelf, or corner of your living space. This simple act can help create a sense of freshness and renewal in your environment.
September serves as a reminder that the way we prioritize our self-care with care, structure, and attention prepares us to receive the blessings and opportunities that lie ahead.
Happy September
